Service Description
This service is for the installation of a lace closure wig that was not made by me. Your unit must be NEW with the lace uncut. This install will consist of a braid down of your natural hair, cap installation, adhesive application and unit installation. If your unit need to be prepped (knots bleached, hairline customized) you MUST let me know IN THE NOTE SECTION or by text when first booking . Units must be dropped off at least 2 BUSINESS DAYS (Wednesday-Sunday) PRIOR . An exact drop off date will be texted to you once the app is confirmed. Units that are not prepped will NOT be installed. Please note that if your unit is too small, I will NOT force it to fit. The appointment will have to be cancelled.
Cancellation Policy
Your deposit paid to secure your appointment is NON-REFUNDABLE . Appointments are to be cancelled no later than a full 24 hours prior to your appointment . Cancellations made after will require a new deposit payment for rescheduling . No call No shows will not be scheduled again in the future . Be sure to READ the entire policy and the service details related to your service . Anything NOT followed may result in a turn around upon arrival or cancellation of your appointment.
