DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDALE NO EXCEPTIONS

NO DROP OFFS ON SUNDAYS , MONDAYS OR TUESDAYS
• If a scheduled appointment or drop off date is missed without notice , there will be a rescheduling fee of $50 applied to the next appointment scheduled.
IF you’re getting a unit made , YOU’RE THE ONLY PERSON WHO CAN MAKE THE DROP OFF UNLESS STATED OTHERWISE BY ME.
Your measurements have to be taken upon drop off .
No kids or extra guest are allowed with you at the time of your appointment
•Unfortunately at this time i don’t offer bob services .
Frontal / Closure GuideLines
In order to ensure a flawless lace install , these are the guidelines that must be followed .
1.) Frontals with thick Lace will NOT be installed .
2.) HD Lace is HIGHLY recommend for the most realistic outcome .
Transparent lace is also acceptable
Please only get MEDIUM BROWN lace if you are deeper in complexion.
3.) Frontals with Thick (box like) hairlines are an extra $20 to customize. Its best to buy preplucked lace frontals.
Appointment Guidelines/Policy
Being that I’m not a natural hair stylist to protect the integrity of your hair i require a few steps for your natural hair
• Your natural hair must be washed , dry & free of any residue .
• NATURAL (no relaxer)
Please be sure your natural hair is completely detangled prior to your appointment.
• If your hair is short or edges are thinning i will NEED a picture prior to your appointment & you will need 1 pack of braiding hair
2.) Extensions
• You MUST have at least 3 full bundles of hair unless your hair is 14" or shorter. Additional bundles are an extra $20 to install (if possible) .
• Extensions that are cut in pieces are an additional charge of $25 . Only 1 bundle is acceptable .
• Please be sure your extensions are clean upon drop off (your hair will NOT be styled if it is wet/damp or has any residue ) .
3.) Payment / Late Time
•Deposit Payments MUST be in the same name that your appointment is scheduled under.
•The remaining balance of your install is due in CASH at the end of your appointment. it must brought with you.
.•Please arrive at your SCHEDULED time . I do NOT accept early clients . All of my clients are reserved a right to complete privacy during their scheduled time.
•The LATEST you can be for your appointment is 15 minutes . a late fee of $15 is applied after 10 minutes . after FIFTEEN MINUTES your appointment will be CANCELLED no exceptions .
If you would like to reschedule your appointment it has to be at least 24 hours PRIOR to your appointment or scheduled drop off date be able to use the same deposit . please understand this policy is to ensure a smooth and timely appointment , anything not complied with may result in a turn around upon arrival. NO REFUND POLICY
I have a STRICT no refund policy on all unit constructions and installs . If the event arises that you are unhappy with your service , please contact me and we will schedule a new appointment or a new wig will be constructed without cost . Upon contact I will schedule you to come in to view the problem .
